Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Bar
This dessert holds a special place in our hearts... and stomachs.
Equipment
- 9x13 glass baking dish
- Blender
- measuring cups/spoons
- spatula or spoon
- oven
Ingredients
- 2 1 lb. packages chocolate chip cookie dough
- 2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese (softened)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- Grease bottom and sides of a 9x13 baking dish
- Spread one package of cookie dough in dish.
- Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla in blender.
- Pour mixture over bottom layer of cookie dough.
- Spread second package of cookie dough on top of cream cheese mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Cool and refrigerate.
