“Let me tell y’all something! Sometimes I have some REALLY grumpy boyfriends and husbands come to my sessions. And it irritates me to no end when they won’t cooperate because you can literally see the disappointment on their girl’s face.
You will get dudes that are on their phones the entire time, mumbling about not wanting to be there, not smiling, saying, ‘Are we done yet?’ over and over…
But every once in a while, you get a gem.
You’ll get a dude that stops me before I take a shot and runs over and fixes his girlfriend’s hair, screams ‘YASSS GIRL!’ when she’s killing it and is just generally helpful.
My client this morning wanted bubbles in her pictures and her man was going to make sure it happened. He was so enthusiastic and I’m here for it!
So, fellas, be kind. Your attitude for two hours can make a world of difference.”
